newly created dae fails on Make Cloth

newly created dae fails on Make Cloth

I made an item after a long time and got this error in .conform.skel.log.
Although I succeed with my old dae files in the same folder, I also get the error with newly converted dae files from old model files.

Any help would be appreciated.

is the folder empty/containing just the dae/?

just a SINGLE dae and nothing else

does it have uv maps?

Thanks for your comments.
After checking its uv map and deleting other files, the problem was solved.
It was caused by Autodesk FBX Converter "2012".
When I use FBX Converter "2011" (again), it succeeded in Cloth Editor.
I thought I had already tried that but I should have mistaken something.
