This is an Entity function

Function

AttachChild(childEntityId, flags)
attach another entity as a child so child position and orientation will be offset (transformed) from that of this entity performs same function as the Link button in the Sandbox Editor
childEntityId - entityID entity ID of the child entity
flags - integer optional attachment flag

Flags

The attachment functions take an optional attachment flag - the default 0 specifies don't keep original world transformation. The only other value is this:

ATTACHMENT_KEEP_TRANSFORMATION
flag indicating that world transformation should be kept on attachment/detachment
